So Simple: Mint Simple Syrup

I could drag this out but I’m anxious to get to adding this to every cocktail that normally requires me to muddle mint. This is a great substitution that can save you time or help out when you are making large amounts of a cocktails, say a bunch of Mint Julep for National Mint Julep Day (May 30th).

Adding a fruit twist can make for a great addition to the minty flavor. Currently, my favorite is pineapple-mint, though orange-mint is a close second.
