I am not a writer.

I am not a blogger.

I am a [infusion] cocktail [idiot] savant who wanted a place to write my musings, notes, recipes, lessons, discoveries, etc.

I wanted to turn my inner monologue into a public forum of sorts.

So this is what I came up with.

INFUSIASM: A mix of blog, college textbook/notebook, recipe book, and more, that will hopefully spark some interest, discussions, and learning about infusions and all that they encompass.

So grab a drink and feel free to read (and comment)… because just like I don’t like talking to myself, I prefer not to drink alone.
